Education Administration Officer – Part Time

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in scheduling appointments and coordinating with parents and tutors on a daily basis.
• Ensuring smooth and efficient services to support students in achieving their educational goals.
• Maintaining regular communication with students to provide ongoing support and identify any additional educational needs.
• Contributing to website updates and managing social media posts.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills to deliver professional and seamless education solutions and services.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
