Admission

The Alumni G admission team will discuss initial feedback from parents, including considerations such as location, ranking, and the current educational levels of their children. If the children are not currently receiving tutoring sessions with Alumni G, a separate assessment may be arranged in Step 3 to determine the most suitable application options for the parents.

After the initial consultation with parents, Alumni G will collaborate with the internal team to gather insights and provide preliminary suggestions based on the parents' feedback regarding all relevant criteria.

Alumni G will arrange for specialist teachers and tutors to provide instruction in English, Mathematics, and Chinese to facilitate a rapid increase in the children's skill levels. This process may last between 3 months to 1 year, depending on the student's ability and the parents' expectations. The specialist teachers will also share effective interview strategies to enhance the chances of admission.

Please note that the costs for this optional step will be provided in a separate quotation if parents choose to pursue it.

Once the parents and Alumni G have agreed on the scope of the schools and tests to be applied for, Alumni G will begin preparing all necessary materials, including responses to essay questions for the initial application stage and other relevant documentation.

Once the application is completed, the parents will have the opportunity to review the application status and reconsider whether they would like to apply to one or more additional schools.
